Re: Join the Debian Python Modules Team
Greetings, all. I'd be happy to maintain my (trivial) python-dsv package within the team, though I doubt I'll have much time to help out with other modules. (For the record, my alioth username is ucko.) Thanks. -- Aaron M. (For the record, my alioth username is ucko.) Even if it's trivial, it's good. In the long term, it probably means more consistency across all python packages and this will help. In other words, OFTC is fine. SVN diff now sent to the PTS
Hello, I just configured svnmailer on the post-commit hook of pkg-perl and python-modules SVN repositories to send diff of commits to the PTS (via the email [EMAIL PROTECTED]). So anyone who wants to follow closely only a subset of the packages can do so by subscribing to the corresponding source packages on the Package Tracking System and activating the "cvs" keyword (check the doc of the PTS[1], or use the "advanced mode" on the subscription form on the PTS web page). I added a commented svnmailer.conf to the hooks directory if you think that some finetuning is needed. Bug#362532: RFA: python-medusa
Package: wnpp Severity: normal I am no longer using python-medusa, so want to put it up for adoption (maybe for someone who is into python). The package is in fine shape, probably just needs a little updating as Debian shifts to python 1.4, etc. Not heavily used, no serious bugs reported, but should not be removed from the project - there are people out there who care. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.4.27-2-686 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
