I skipped first step, and followed the instructions using the yabook 
currently installed (through old ubuntu), and worked!


Now, I can't find a valid mirror for package repository. What should I 
select?

The result (apparently) is that there is a very small ubset of the 
software installed. For instance I cannot install the xorg packages, 
neither any graphical desktop environment.
