i Have a troble in debian/copyright files, in debian directory some
files have different copyright.
- debian/po/* - same as upstream
- debian/* - packaging stuff have BSD license
- debian/resolvconf - have GPL (same as upstream?)
so, i write a copyright but i'm not sure that was right. attached a
copyright file
