Yes, I'm the upstream maintainer. I didn't provide a changelog because 
this is the first release, but I will make one for future versions.

Oh, I made a mistake about how uscan works. I have corrected the watch file so 
that it only monitors tags from the master branch.
I think I will use Salsa for future releases.
