RFS: #888743 (lsb-base)

Hi folks,

I would need a sponsor to fix lsb-base (#888743). The patch is trivial
(see the BR), but nevertheless this is a hot story, since every service
has this package on its dependency list.

Are there volunteers? Should this fix go to experimental first?
