[RFS] biomaj3-core

Hi,
I've added and fixed autopkgtests in biomaj3-core. This also closes the RC
bug against it: #961902.
This builds fine in a clean chroot with passing tests.
My changes have been pushed here [1].
Needs review and sponsorship.
