KDE audio long broken.
Hi, Can anybody point me towards a solution to this long standing Debian KDE problem, which started around the time of the t64 transition upheaval. Up-to-date Debian testing system. Audio works with the VLC media player (via Pipewire to ALSA). The Audio Volume Plasma Widget says "No output or input devices found". The following are installed: ii gstreamer1.0-pipewire:amd64 1.2.3-1 ii libkpipewire5 5.27.11-1+b1 ii libkpipewiredmabuf5 5.27.11-1+b1 ii libkpipewirerecord5 5.27.11-1+b1 ii libpipewire-0.3-0t64:amd641.2.3-1 ii libpipewire-0.3-common1.2.3-1 ii libpipewire-0.3-modules:amd64 1.2.3-1 ii pipewire:amd641.2.3-1 ii pipewire-alsa:amd64 1.2.3-1 ii pipewire-audio1.2.3-1 ii pipewire-bin 1.2.3-1 ii pipewire-pulse1.2.3-1 ii qml-module-org-kde-pipewire 5.27.11-1+b1 ii vlc-plugin-pipewire:amd64 3-3+b1 pulseaudio has been removed. Thanks. Andy.
