Buster update of qtbase-opensource dfsg-6 to dfsg-7 breaks KMail 4:17.12.3-1
The recent update in testing/buster of qtbase-opensource from 5.11.1+dfsg-6 to 5.11.1+dfsg-7 seems to break KMail 4:17.12.3-1. The only way I could get KMail working again this morning with external imap servers was to downgrade to the following: libqt5concurrent5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5core5a_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5dbus5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5gui5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5network5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5opengl5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5printsupport5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5sql5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5sql5-mysql_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5sql5-sqlite_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5test5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5widgets5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb libqt5xml5_5.11.1+dfsg-6_amd64.deb Andy.

Re: Chromium prevents screen going into power saving mode
Hi, i use teams for linux, which uses chromium to show "the app". Problem is, that chromium inhibits power management during upload or download. And teams app save something to server every few seconds .. https://github.com/ivelkov/teams-for-linux/issues/10 Libor On neděle 9. září 2018 21:09:52 CEST inkbottle wrote: > On my laptop, screen usually goes into power saving mode, after a few tens > of seconds. Very useful piece of information I think. The fact that I do not have powerdevil installed might be part of the issue: "powerdevil: Restoring DPMS features after inhibition release" What then if powerdevil is not installed? I'll try to reinstall powerdevil, and see if that helps. Alternatively I can "Restore DPMS features" by hand, which I've done lately, and which seems to work.
