[jessie] kgpg unable to import key

When I try to import a key using kgpg, I get the following:

 Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
 klauncher said: Unknown protocol ''.

Any ideas as to what's wrong? It worked fine before I upgraded from wheezy.

Work fine on unstable.
It seems will be upstream fixed after kde-baseapps ported to kf5.



I'm still getting Dolphin crashing whenever I select multiple items. My 
Stretch installation is up to date so it the problem is fixed in Sid, 
any idea when the fix will reach Stretch?
