moodbar in Amarok

2010-01-12 Thread Cassiano Leal
Hi

Has anyone been able to use moodbar in the newer Amarok 2.2.2?

I have installed all the packages that were referenced in this page
http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/Moodbar, but the track progress bar is
unchanged for any file I play.

I'm not sure if this is related to the issue, but this is what I get
on the terminal:

$ amarok --nofork
QGraphicsLinearLayout::removeAt: invalid index 1

You have to manually generate .mood files for your tracks, read on
http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/Moodbar#Usage and
http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/Moodbar#Moodbar_File_Generation_Script

This is inconvenient but the best you can get with amarok 2.

Hey, thanks! I completely missed on those! :-S
Currently running it against my collection. Hope it will work!

Yes, but it's a new feature and I'm sure that they will implement
individual track analysis at playtime. :D
