Please refrain from uploading an NMU. We are currently handling a
security issue (for oldstable, stable and testing/unstable) and a
planned libdb upgrade for the version in testing&unstable.

Your NMU, as welcomed as it would be at other times, is quite unwelcome
right now. If there are any translation bugs still not tagged pending, I
must have overlooked them and I would welcome a hint. If all relevant
bugs are tagged, they will be included in the upcoming uploads (and
thanks to the OK from the security team, they will also be included in
the security updates for oldstable and stable!).

The uploads should happen no later than sunday (security fixes for
(old)stable will be earlier).

Regards,
Sven

Cyrus-imapd-2.2 debconf template changed, some translations missing

2006-08-14 Thread Sven Mueller
Hi.

I would like to ask you for help with the translation of our debconf
template. Several translations already exist and only need a small
update while others are completely missing. Here are the stats from
debconf-updatepo:

PO directory is debian/po
Wrote ../cyrus-common-2.2.templates.h
Building the templates.pot...
Removing generated header (.h) files...done
Wrote templates.pot
Merging cs.po with templates.pot...5 translated messages, 1 fuzzy
translation, 1 untranslated message.
Merging de.po with templates.pot...7 translated messages.
Merging fr.po with templates.pot...5 translated messages, 1 fuzzy
translation, 1 untranslated message.
Merging it.po with templates.pot...5 translated messages, 1 fuzzy
translation, 1 untranslated message.
Merging ja.po with templates.pot...5 translated messages, 1 fuzzy
translation, 1 untranslated message.
Merging nl.po with templates.pot...5 translated messages, 1 fuzzy
translation, 1 untranslated message.
Merging pt_BR.po with templates.pot...5 translated messages, 1 fuzzy
translation, 1 untranslated message.

As you see, there isn't much to translate even for those languages that
are not yet represented in our package.

POTFILES.in and most recent version of the existing .po files are
available at:
https://mail.incase.de/svn/cyrus22/trunk/cyrus-imapd-2.2.13/debian/po/

Please submit translation updates via the BTS or by mail to:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Reply-To is set)

Regards,
Sven

PS: Resending because I initially sent this to [EMAIL PROTECTED] instead
of [EMAIL PROTECTED] Removing the Cc to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] since it already received the
previous copy.

Following your suggestion, I updated the template. As the URL above
already suggests, the link is actually a link to our SVN repository, so
if you checked out with SVN from that URL, please run svn up, otherwise,
please download again. Thanks for the hint. Actually, the change was to
react in response to the relevant lintian warning, but I misunderstood
it to mean that the question should be in the long description.
The "Comparation" fix should have been in the SVN version for quite a
while now, but it seems we somehow missed that occurance. Thanks for
pointing these out.

Regards,
Sven
