Problems in accessing the subversion repository
Dear list members, I've just tried (for the first time) to access the subversion repository via svn+ssh, created a username, typed in a password, but when the server requests the input of the username (?) once again I do not know what to type :-(, as I am not too familiar with the system. Authentication realm: svn+ssh://svn.debian.org Username [my_username]: If I type my_username once again the server requests my pw again, then the port number and I ain't goin' nowhere, as it seems. The whole communication is as follows: Authentication realm: svn+ssh://svn.debian.org Username: my_username Password for 'svn.debian.org' (leave blank if you are going to use private key): Port number for 'svn.debian.org' [22]: 22 Authentication realm: svn+ssh://svn.debian.org **Username [my_username]: my_username Password for 'svn.debian.org' (leave blank if you are going to use private key) [*]: Port number for 'svn.debian.org' [22]: 22 Authentication realm: svn+ssh://svn.debian.org Username [sb]: Or, in other words, what does the server wants me to type in here **? A realname for the username? Or do I make a mistake with the SSH port? In fact, I'm about to finish the translation for the PN Cedric Boutillier requested over the week-end (will have finished it by this afternooon/evening), but I have some questions concerning terminology, and first of all, I wanted to check if, in the meantime, the PN has already been translated (if not, mkdir ...) It's quite late, so I do not know if it still makes sense at all. TIA Stephan Beck -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-i18n-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Aw: Re: Problems in accessing the subversion repository
Dear list members, I am sorry to tell you that I will not have finished the German translation of the latest DPN by this evening, due to system problems. I'd be glad to know if there is someone out there that has done the translation already. Anyway, I will continue as soon as I am sure that everything is fine, but with respect to the timeline in the instructions about translating, it might be too late. By the way, is there a terminology reference for the more Debian-related terms? Regards Stephan > Gesendet: Mittwoch, 12. Aw: chef 11.8.2-4: Please translate debconf PO for the package chef
Hello, Christian, would you mind to send the [TAF] po-debconf://kinect-audio-setup/de.po once again (to the list or as a PM)? I downloaded it but I deleted it by mistake, and your original message has become the victim of my sweep-the-inbox-every-day habit. Thanks in advance. Stephan > Gesendet: Dienstag, 18. How do I correct a typo in a package description?
Dear list members, I'd like to correct a typo in a German package description but I actually do not know exactly how. I have taken a look at Debian's bugreport application but then I realized that it is not the proper place to do that, as it is not a package issue but a package description issue. Do I have to file a bug report against the apt and the synaptic packages or what shall I do? Translate the whole apt/synaptic in order to correct it? ;-) Any help would be appreciated. Kind regards Stephan Beck signature.asc Description: OpenPGP digital signature

Hi Colin, I'd be interested in translating it into German. I am going to send the translated .po file on Sunday.
