sorry, yes we had some problems. This time not the ddts, but the mail
server have not send mails to the translators...

Since some days all is fixed and it should work in the normal way...

I start with some testing files. Try 
http://ddtp.debian.org/debconf/template_unstable/debconf-de.dat.new
(and other lang codes, like fr, it, ...)

I haven't test the files myself now... I have warn you!
