Thanks Samuel.  Looks like it's a bit confused on the dependencies
between ffmpeg, chromaprint and x265 now, but the blocking build is
clear now at least.

Yes, the problem is that there is a dependency loop between ffmpeg and
chromaprint.

I have installed by hand the old version of libx265 so ffmpeg can be
rebuilt.

It seems to me from a quick read of this page that Jenkins didn't have enough
space to run the installer:

Maybe that's easily fixable for someone with access to the Jenkins
configuration.
