GGSSS. Why does it again have to clash with
the legendary KaLUG party? The date was long known. Why not have
the dinner at the KaLUG party and reserver two special KDE/Debian/GNOME
tables?

Isn't his talk already added since he accused me on IRC?

And moreover in which year will it be. This year is June 27 a sunday and
I guess most LinuxTag visitors on their way back home.

Kind regards

  Andreas.

Yes and no.

His ".deb bauen mal anders"-Talk is listed. But his new "Paketverwaltung
mal anders"-Talk (for which he just volunteered) isn't.

Then maybe it would be a good idea to tell me when he would like to
deliver the talk? Oh well, just a thought...

Isn't that, what I asked him to do? Okay, now, that we both agree, that
Alfie should do something, we can settle down, and let Alfie do
something ;)

Gna. GNA! /me kicks around and goes wild.

Thanks for reading only part of the mail, and completely ignoring the
most important part of the mail: I can't do a talk anyway if not someone
could lend me the short monitor cable for my vaio. I know that it uses
the same as an iBook and maybe PowerBooks have the same, too.

So, if someone could lend me such a thing, I could do the talk anyway.
I only like to do it after this happenings here though if I get a
timeslot for a MMTW[1] BoF session and some people who would be
interested.

Furthermore, noone knows if seppy is coming? Then I'll take the foil
stickers I still have left with me for sure.

 So long,

If you donate a prize for the unofficial LinuxTag champion :)

IIRC he isn't coming, but he will send some of his stickers.

Hardware (DEC AlphaStation 200 4/133)

2004-06-18 Thread Roland Rosenfeld
Hi!

Some time ago I offered to bring my good old Digital AlphaStation 200
4/133 (Alpha with single 133 MHz CPU, 128MB RAM, quite slow nowadays)
with me to the LinuxTag (including a 17" CRT).

What about the space at the booth? Does it make sense to bring this
antique machine with me (like the last years) or should I keep it at
home?
