Does anybody know why recently there have been so many duplicate WNPP
bugreports? It seems like a trend, however I have no clue why? Why have
recently so many WNPP reports been submitted twice?

The submitter has followed up and told me the duplicate submitting was a
mistake on his part.

WebPackage is a revolutionary new way of distributing web apps on any
platform.
It works by packaging the web app in a .webpkg file, a special kind of
zip file

designed for distributing web apps.

Description : Application to calculate ramachandran z-scores.

Tortoize validates protein structure models by checking the
Ramachandran plot and side-chain rotamer distributions. Quality
Z-scores are given at the residue level and at the model level
(ramachandran-z and torsions-z). Higher scores are better. To compare
models or to describe the reliability of the model Z-scores jackknife-
based standard deviations are also reported (ramachandran-jackknife-sd
and torsion-jackknife-sd).

This application depends on libcifpp and libzeep.

Bug#975719: ITP: vdeplug-pcap -- libvdeplug plugin: packet capture library (pcap)

Description : libvdeplug plugin: packet capture library (pcap)

This libvdeplug module interconnects a client to an interface using the packet
capture library (pcap). All the data that is received by this plug is
injected into interface and everything captured from that interface is sent to
the client.

Please notice that the pcap library captures and injects packets on the net,
packets sent by the host are not captured, injected packets are not received
by the host. So several clients using libvdeplug_pcap on the same interface of
the same host do not communicate among them (nor they communicate with the
host).

Bug#975720: ITP: vdeplug-vdesl -- libvdeplug plugin: vde over serial lines

Description : libvdeplug plugin: vde over serial lines

This libvdeplug plugin module adds the support of vde over serial lines.
vdesl supports the rates up to 4Mbps.
High baud rates may not be supported by the uart hardware or could provide an
unreliable service due to communication errors. In order to achieve high speeds
cables should be short and properly shielded against electro-magnetic noise.
