Ah, I spent a while looking through the older versions of the vendors page
and looking for the URL "linuxshop.de" - it turns out that the shop is
listed under "A. Mueller"/gnoppix.org.

I'm sorry to hear about your problems!
This is especially bad because the shop is run by a Debian Developer,
Andreas Müller. However, the shop is not an "official Debian shop" or
anything, it is entirely Andreas's own business.
I've CCd Andreas - any comment on this situation would be most welcome!
Andreas, if you don't answer or if there are further problems with other
customers of the site, I may remove your shop from our vendor list!
