Sarge cd flavors

Hi,

in the stable release, there are different flavors of kernel images, each 
booting from a different cdrom:

Vanilla
Ide
Compact
Idepci
bf2.4

Are In the nightly cd iso build of the sarge the same flavors?

In

I read:

Kernel images are available in various "flavours".  These flavours
 each support a different set of hardware.  The flavours available in
 Debian GNU/Linux 3.1 for Intel x86 are:

 vanilla
...

Just 2 flavors? It so, why just 2?

I have downloaded
Quantian_0.5.9.2.cd.iso - 715150kb
Quantian_0.5.9.2.cd.md5sum - 1kb
I copied these two files to a cd and trying to boot from the cd
but the cd is not booting what shall i do?
