Problem with Source1 NON-US
When I download the image of woody-src-1_NONUS I get the following error message: |07:40:44 (17.85 MB/s) - `Sources.gz' saved [18715/18715] | |Found 0 of the 1 files required by the template |Copied input files to temporary file |`debian-30r1-source-1_NONUS.iso.tmp' - repeat command and supply more |files to continue | |- |1 files not found in previous pass, trying |alternative download locations: | |--07:40:44-- |http://non-us.cdimage.debian.org/jigdo-area/3.0_r1/snapshot/dists/woody/non-US/main/source/Sources.gz | => `Sources.gz' |Connecting to 192.168.8.1:3128... connected. |Proxy request sent, awaiting response... 504 Gateway Time-out |07:44:44 ERROR 504: Gateway Time-out. | |Found 0 of the 1 files required by the template |Copied input files to temporary file |`debian-30r1-source-1_NONUS.iso.tmp' - repeat command and supply more |files to continue | |- |Aaargh - 1 files could not be downloaded. This should not Sources.gz was downloaded and then it tries to download it again or what does happen? I tried another mirror with the same result. Debian CD downloads
On one of your pages mentioning programs to use for downloading Debian ISO images, I thought it might be useful to mention the win32 port of wget, which can be found at the URL below. Here's a better alternative if you just want wget: http://space.tin.it/computer/hherold/ That said, I usually need to feel more at home when I'm in ms windows, so I use cygwin to get a whole set of applications: http://www.cygwin.com or if you're in a hurry and want the installer directly: http://cygwin.com/setup.exe [167KiB] Anything to help get you hands on those debian isos :) -- Robin Y.
