debian-cd in CVS is broken

Hello,

There are some problems in Makefile (running as user, syntax problems) and
it is incompatible with the current Debian archives (or with
boot-floppies, which one do you like better).

And this is not what debian-cd wants...

Could somebody fix these issues?
