the problem is that i'm trying to set VERBOSE and LOGFILE,
so i can't use -m

but all that is a workaround to set env var on the command line...
i believe overriding env. var. with values in the rc file
is wrong, if you specify them on the command line, it means
that you want to change it, right ?
in what case, if you call procmail with the -p option,
would you like your env. var. wiped ?
in every other tools the command line switchs and env. var.
have precedence over the config file...

The function data_part of Net::Server::Mail::SMTP is called for each
chunk of 4096 bytes. If a mail contains 4093 bytes, the sequence
\r\n.\r\n is splitted in two pieces so end-of-data detection failed and
the process continue to wait data. Many other problems are solved with
the patch bellow. I'va tried to contact package maintenr, but nothing
appends (see http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=24038).

Pandoc is installed, if I purge nodejs (and node-marked) I get the following in my browser: 500 : Internal Server Error The error was: nbconvert failed: The command 'nodejs /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/IPython/nbconvert/filters/marked.js' returned an error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory. There is a bug against libpolyorb3 (#688299) in version 2.8~20110207-4.
Version 2.8~20110207-5 remove the diversion and the manpage that was diverted
and this solve the bug.
The polyorb.7 manpage doesn't document any binary and isn't very usefull so
the changes are quite small. Also the polyorb-doc (no changes in it) contains
much more information than the polyorb.7 manpage so users still have access to
the informations from the removed manpage.

Likely the better solution would be to change that code to this:

That way, perl remains consistent and whatever awry value is being
returned on your platform is ignored.
I am a bit interested to know what platform you are running on. We have
thousands of people running Net::Server on many platforms and you are
the first to report the error. I personally have had some servers in
use for over a decade, several getting millions of hits a month with
spikes to hundreds of connections per second, but have not seen this issue.
Either way - I think it is good to make the closure just depend on the
value it already knows about at creation. I'm afraid changing it to
explicitly look for CLD would break many platforms. So expect the fix
in 2.008 which we'll release soon.

I tried all 4 cases of CHECK A & CHECK B, but was not able to reproduce
a SIGPIPE in any case.
The only case when the script did not terminate successfully
was when 'qw(Cyrus)' was used for CHECK A and the client_new() was not
called in the script for CHECK B.
In this case, the script died with the message
"LDAP bind failed: generic failure (82) at ./crashit.pl line 9 ..."
In all other cases the script ran successfully to the end.
There never was a SIGPIPE.
Can you please try to run the script with the 4 individual cases of
CHECK A & B, and report back the individual results.

Using this updated script I tried to reproduce the segfault, again using
perl-ldap 0.55 on Perl v5.14.2.
In no case of my tests I was able to reproduce a semgentation fault.
But there were different outcomes depending on the different
combinations of the checks
named CHECK A & CHECK B above:
* when using 'qw(Perl)' in CHECK A, the script ran successfuly independent
whether client_new() was called in CHECK B or nor
* when using 'qw(Cyrus)' in CHECK A, and called client_new() in the
script, then
the script finished without problems too.
* only when 'qw(Cyrus)' in CHECK A and not calling client_new() in the
script,
[i.e. in exact the configuration as shown above], the script died in
line 12
with the message
"LDAP bind failed: generic failure (82) at ./crashit.pl line 12,
line 747."
But it did not segfault.
I guess the root cause here is that Authen::SASL::Cyrus cannot deal with
an IP address
as SASL host.
The workaround here is to call client_new yourself.
This is documented in the bind section of the Net::LDAP man page.
Can you please test this updated script with all the 4 cases of CHECK A
& B and
report the individual results?

/usr/share/doc/lemonldap-ng-doc/pages/documentation/1.3/applications
isn't removed during upgrade: it contains only simple files that own to
lemonldap-ng-doc:1.3.3. Both
/usr/share/doc/lemonldap-ng-doc/pages/documentation/1.3/applications and
/usr/share/doc/lemonldap-ng-doc/pages/documentation/1.3 are regular
directories that own also to lemonldap-ng-doc:1.3.3
Could you take a look at this ?

Bug#611248: gnat-4.4: [amrel only] unexpected symbols added for shared library
Package: gnat-4.4 Version: 4.4.5-3 Severity: normal On the way to have polyorb on armel architecture I have some problems already related in [1]. I have tracked the problem down to the generation of libpolyorb-giop.so. The shared lib generation include a -lgnarl-4.4 in the command line. If I remove it the symbol problem is solved for this library. If I run exactly the same command on amd64 architecture with the -lgnarl-4.4 option I get a libpolyorb-giop.so without the symbols. May be it's a problem in ld, but at this level I don't know how to distinguish between gnat and ld. Lemonldap::NG loads 2 modules (following the configuration): "authentication"
and "userDB" in a loop where $_ points to one of those words (as a constant).
In the test which failed, both inherits from Lemonldap::NG::Portal::_LDAP which
contains "use Net::LDAP".

Lemonldap::NG use this feature for a long time, and it has been tested many
times on the CPAN
(http://www.cpantesters.org/distro/L/Lemonldap-NG-Portal.html), and today only
1 Debian amd64 test has failed. I don't understand why...

so input_sources.{ads|adb|ali|o} are known
proj_bis.gpr do a with of proj.gpr
so input_sources.{ads|adb|ali|o} are known
proj_ter.gpr extends proj.gpr
so input_sources.{ads|adb|ali|o} should be known
which is the case with gnat gpl 2009 and not with gnat-4.4
This bug was found when trying to use projects file in polyorb/gnat-4.4
using extends. If the extends is removed then the code compile but then DSA
seems to be broken.
