I can reproduce it. Thanks for the report.

Also happens in Wheezy, but not in Squeeze.

Yeah, this is rather annoying. We really need to package the theme in
a separate binary packages so that you can keep the old theme around
when you migrate to a newer wordpress. I already noted this in debian/TODO
some time ago but never got around to do it. Wordpress maintenance in
Debian needs help (hint :)).

This is doubly problematic in the context of a stable security update.

Yves-Alexis, what about restoring twentyeleven in the wordpress package
in wheezy/squeeze ? You'd include it in the debian/ directory.

Cheers,

The format doesn't appear to be very efficient, the plain SQL commands
are much smaller:

pabs@wagner:~$ pg_restore -l postbooks_empty-4.1.0.backup > foo.sql
pabs@wagner:~$ ls -Ssh
total 5.6M
5.3M postbooks_empty-4.1.0.backup  344K foo.sql

It doesn't seem possible to treat it as a compressed tarball:

I'm sorry to say that I won't have the time to package libsmack-java
in any foreseable future. AFAIK, the licencing issues that prevented
me from doing so last time are solved now, but the thing is that I
don't use this library myself anymore.

Bug#685495: ipvsadm not showing all server nodes

Hi,

you provided only an amd64 build, so I took your ipvsadm_1.26-2.debian.tar.gz
provided in that link and used it together with the original
ipvsadm_1.26.orig.tar.gz (from ipvsadm 1:1.26-2 source package) to build an

That build still has the same problem with not showing all real-servers.

Maybe they are just trying to make it easy for people to download and
start using it quickly.

My own database was created using their "quickstart" database, I've also
tried their "demo" database, both are very easy to use for anybody with
basic PostgreSQL knowledge.

They also provide an installer as another way to get started. Neither
Andrew nor I have tried that yet and it is not in the main upstream
tarball, it is released from another repository. We may want to provide
just the SQL and a postinst script wrapped in a Debian package rather
than packaging their whole installer.

Bug#723830: evolution-mapi: Completion Date is not fully compatible with Exchange/Outlook

2013-09-20 Thread Mesing, Benjamin
Package: evolution-mapi
Version: 3.4.4-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

I connect to our company exchange server via evolution-MAPI. This works
well in most parts.
However, part of the tasks marked as completed within Outlook do not
show a completion date within Evolution. They do show as completed
(without a date) though. The completion date is shown correctly within
Outlook.
This affects not all tasks and I cannot find a pattern which tasks are
marked as completed. The magnitude is approx. half of the tasks are
affected.

The other direction is also not working reliably. When I mark a task as
completed within Evolution it shows a correct completion date and time
immediately within evolution. But after some time this completion date
may or may not be shown in Evolution any more (may be only after
restarting Evolution) and completion time is (almost?) always removed.
The completion date is always shown correctly in Outlook though (even if
it was modified in evolution in the first place).

I believe we use Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. Outlook is version
2010. I am running a "German" Outlook and an "English" Evolution.

Best regards

Benjamin

Dear Maintainer(s),

some of the messages i receive have the following subject field:

Subject:

that's the way it shows, both in the messages list and in the message's title
and headers.

however the from field seems to be similarly encoded, i can see it correctly in
both places:

From: =?windows-1255?B?4OHw6CDp+fjg7P==?=

what would you think of it?

maybe it happens because the long subject line gets split?

could you append a mail as example in source format (Strg + u)?
I believe you get this mail already with this missformed subject header.

Carsten

Thanks for the report. I can reproduce this.

 Not sure when I have the time myself.)

Hello Yaroslav,

I uploaded a new version of the nifti2dicom package to mentors:

   http://mentors.debian.net/package/nifti2dicom

The only change is that it is now link with -Wl,--as-needed as suggested
by Mathieu Malaterre.

Will you sponsor it again?
Can it be uploaded also in neurodebian?

Thanks,

Bug#723831: graphite-carbon: Include some basic config to run graphite out of the box

2013-09-20 Thread Arturo Borrero Gonzalez
Package: graphite-carbon
Version: 0.9.10-3
Severity: wishlist

Dear mantainers,

you did a very good job packaging this for Debian, thanks!

Please consider including additional basic configuration to graphite-carbon,
so we can get it running out of the box.

Concrete things I miss:
 * apache2 (or other webserver) configuration.
 * A small README document to briefly explain how to get graphite running.
 * A basic running web dashboard deployment.

Best regards.

Yes indeed this seems a new failure (builded at the time of the
rebuild for the Perl 5.18 transition not so far ago).

Bug#723832: [dolphin] Fails to delete files with non ascii names

2013-09-20 Thread Schrober
Package: dolphin
Version: 4:4.10.5-1
Severity: normal
Tags: wheezy sid

This effect was also noticed on wheezy but the following test is on sid. This
also seems to happen with konqueror in filemanager mode.

Testcase:

 * Switch to a normal locale setting (just mine for reference)
$ locale
LANG=en_US.UTF-8
LANGUAGE=en_US:en
LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=
 * Create a file on a Linux FS (ext4 in the test) with non-ascii chars:
   $ touch l$'\374'.jpg
 * open dolphin
 * right click on the created file
 * select "Move to trash" or press del
 * right click on the selected file while pressing "shift" and press del
 * press "Delete"

Result:

 * message box "The file or folder .../l.jpg does not exist." is displayed
 * message "Could not delete file /l.jpg." is shown in dolphin
 * file is still on the filesystem

Expected result

 * No message box/errorbar about non existing file is shown
 * this file is moved to trash (or in the second step really removed)
 * no other user file than the selected file is deleted/moved

Just speaking for myself here, but I find that the binary format is more
flexible in that pg_restore can selectively restore things, generate DROP
statements, restoring things in parallel and such. All in all, the binary format
seems much more useful than the SQL format.

You can also compress the binary format (pg_dump -Z0..9), but it still isn't as
efficient as SQL compressed with xz -9.

Bug#723833: owncloud-client: "Show Desktop Notifications" setting inoperant

2013-09-20 Thread Roland Mas
Package: owncloud-client
Version: 1.4.0+dfsg-1
Severity: normal
Tags: upstream

The "Show Desktop Notifications" checkbox in the owncloud sync client
results in the setting being saved, but it doesn't appear to have any
real effect on the actual notifications: they keep popping up on session
start and whenever something is synced from the server. A quick read in
the code reveals that the setting is only checked in the
Application::slotShowOptionalTrayMessage method (in
src/mirall/application.cpp), but that function is never called; instead,
all notifications go to Application::slotShowTrayMessage. In other
words, there is code to make some notifications optional, but none of
the notifications are actually marked as such.

This seems to still be the case in current upstream git.

Roland.

Bug#701506: Please consider Sponsering of Blends

2013-09-20 Thread Andreas Tille
Hi Christopher,

your control file contains

  Vcs-Git: git://git.debian.org/pkg-grass/osrm.git
  Vcs-Browser: http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-grass/osrm.git

but there is no such repository. You also have set

  Maintainer: Debian GIS Project

but I can not find any corresponding mail on this list which might be
way better to seek for a sponsor because the list is "the Maintainer".

If you are continuously seeking for a sponsor and can not find somebody
perhaps my Sponsering of Blends offer might be interesting for you.[1]
Unfortunetly I'll go on vaccation today - but meanwhile you might like
to push your stuff to the Vcs-Git and it will automatically show up on
the tasks pages (as per SoB preconditions).

Kind regards and thanks for working on this nce package

Andreas.

The binary format is the preferred one for dumps because allows to
selectively restore only parts of a database. Doing the same kind of
manipulation using an SQL script requires a lot of proficiency in
sed/awk/perl and regular expressions. Yes the format is binary but given
that the tools to manipulate it are completely free and already
available in Debian why distribute a less useful version of the same data?

Well, what about this then:

Subject: [PATCH] spice is only available on i386 and amd64

so don't depend on it on other architectures

Is this peculiar to mpfr/gmp or simply a change in the linker [1]? I don't

Bug#723834: evolution: FTBFS on hurd-i386: bogofilter not available

2013-09-20 Thread Pino Toscano
Source: evolution
Version: 3.8.5-2
Severity: important
Tags: patch
User: debian-h...@lists.debian.org
Usertags: hurd

Hi,

evolution 3.8.5 cannot be built on hurd-i386, as bogofilter is not
available on hurd-i386 yet (and it is not easy to make it work at the
moment).

Thus, the proposed change is to disable the bogofilter build dependency
on hurd archs, and switching the bogofilter support off in configure
(which would otherwise error out).

On a more general note: both the bogofilter and spamassassin plugin
have the paths to their tools hardcoded at build time, while it should
be better IMHO have the plugins use the proper glib functions to find
the executables in $PATH. This could avoid requiring bogofilter and
spamassassin at build time.

Thanks,

Thanks for this information. I didn't know there was a change in the
linker. Then I don't know whether this is specific to mpfr/gmp. I'll
try to do some more tests, such as testing with mpfr/gmp compiled by
me on both machines, but I don't have the time before next week.

I also wonder whether something can or should be changed on how the
libraries are built to accept -lmpfr alone or both -lmpfr -lgmp are
now always required (this is what I always do, except in one particular
script[*], for which I noticed the difference between machines).

[*] I think I just forgot the -lgmp, but since -lmpfr alone was
accepted, I didn't notice.

pg_restore -l will just give you the listing of what's inside the dump
file, not the actual contents.

> It doesn't seem possible to treat it as a compressed tarball:
>
> pabs@chianamo ~ $ tar zxf postbooks_empty-4.1.0.backup

That'd be "pg_restore postbooks_empty-4.1.0.backup".

(Note that there is also a "tar" format that "pg_dump -Ft" will
create, but that format is crap because it needs to create a tempfile
somewhere first. These "binary" or "custom" dumps that "pg_dump -Fc"
creates are much more flexible to use because you can stream them when
writing, while at the same time getting a TOC for random read access
later.)

I think, what we did so far is mimic the output of systemctl.
systemctl enable|disable is rather verbose as it outputs what symlinks
it creates, in contrast to e.g.systemctl restart|start|stop|reload,
which is completely silent and only returns an exit code.

That is in contrast to update-rc.d, which is completely silent on
defaults|remove (unless there is an error) and invoke-rc.d, which prints
the output of the SysV init script.

hugmeir from #p5p suggested the following:

"""
use threads;
scalar glob("*");
threads->create(sub { glob("*") })->join();
"""

While the snippet above itself does not crash, it spews out warnings like:

"""
Unbalanced string table refcount: (1) for "I" during global destruction.
Attempt to free nonexistent shared string 'I', [...]
Attempt to free unreferenced scalar: SV 0x8c6a1fc, [...]
"""

And if I place our use of "glob" inside the thread (in our test runner)
the crash seems to go away.

I am not sure if this bug has been filed upstream yet (waiting for
hugmeir to get back to me on that).

Bug#720982: how-can-i-help: support providing a list of additional packages to care about

2013-09-20 Thread Christophe Siraut
Hi Lucas,

Please review the attached patch, I think it meets the requirements.
About the configuration file format, I considered a whitespace separated
list to be practical.

In regard to the usage, maybe we can document the following command as a
way to monitor all packages from a server.

  ssh myserver dpkg -l | tail -n+5 | awk '{ print $2 }' >>
~/.config/how-can-i-help/packages

> Alternatively, we could just display new opportunities when running as
> user, and display them again the next time we are running as root.

Yes that is better. And it makes perfect sense to display the
information once per user.

and then people will wonder what "a slight reduction of the quality of the
encryption" really means... Sadly I have no idea how to express this better.

Bug#723839: ITP: mpfrc++ -- C++ wrapper for the GNU MPFR C library

2013-09-20 Thread Jerome Benoit
Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist
Owner: Jerome Benoit

* Package name: mpfrc++
  Version : 2013-09-02
  Upstream Author : Pavel Holoborodko
* URL : http://www.holoborodko.com/pavel/mpfr
* License : GPL
  Programming Lang: C++
  Description : C++ wrapper for the GNU MPFR C library

MPFR C++ introduces new C++ type for high precision floating point
numbers, mpreal, which encapsulates low level mpfr_t from MPFR:
all arithmetic and boolean operators (+, -, *, /, >, !=, etc.) are
implemented through operator overloading technique; classical
mathematical functions (sqrt, pow, sin, cos, etc.) are supported too.

TMPFR C++ makes possible to use MPFR calculations in the same simple
way as calculations with numbers of built-in types double or float.

Why is spice only available for amd64 and i386 in the first place? I have a
vague recollection about x86-only assembly language snippets that reeked
of micro-optimization -- is that still the problem?

In this case we are talking about installation and upgrades,
presumably selective restoration etc aren't needed here.

It is more efficient than SQL but less efficient than even lzop -1, I
guess there is not much compression.

It is also impossible to patch the binary format unlike SQL.

Anyway, this is getting off-topic. As long as the ftpteam are made
aware of the format's properties everything should be fine.

Bug#723831: [Pkg-graphite-maint] Bug#723831: graphite-carbon: Include some basic config to run graphite out of the box

2013-09-20 Thread Jonas Genannt
Hello,

thanks!

>

> graphite-carbon, so we can get it running out of the box.

graphite-carbon is only the collector of stats. Please note there are
*three* different types for an running Graphite System:

 * python-whisper

   This is the rrd replacement library for storing the metrics
   in an binary data file

 * graphite-carbon

   This is an daemon to receive the metrics via udp/tcp and using
   the whisper library to store that information into the filesystem.

 * graphite-web

   This is the webinterface for viewing the metrics, you can use the
   URL api or the extJS interface with the embedded dashbaord

That there are three types are available is not 100% correct, because
Graphite will replace the whisper library with ceres. But it is not yet
release. But python-ceres (git snapshot) is currently waiting in NEW
Queue:

http://ftp-master.debian.org/new/python-ceres_0.10.0~git20130913-1.html

>
> Concrete things I miss:
>  * apache2 (or other webserver) configuration.
> * A small README document to briefly explain how to get graphite
> running.
> * A basic running web dashboard deployment.

So graphite-carbon has no webinterface available, because it's
graphite-web.

And in the graphite-web package there is all included:

http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=pkg-graphite/packages/graphite-web.git;a=blob;f=debian/graphite-web.README.Debian;h=752243bbe369c168f22d1fd226b9f5cf1bd42869;hb=HEAD

Please note, that graphite-web is not included into Debian Wheezy, but
is available at Debian unstable and testing and could be backported to
Wheezy.

Greets,
Jonas

Bug#685495: ipvsadm not showing all server nodes

2013-09-20 Thread Jörg Delker
Hi Alex,

well, yes it does. I accidentally overwrote your downloaded bits when fetching
the ipvsadm sources to get the missing ipvsadm_1.26.orig.tar.gz.

Now, I started from scratch, but figured that you're obviously using some other
ipvsadm_1.26.orig.tar.gz..!?
Yours:
Checksums-Sha1:  30b0f8e9a68a82d3eafc0ad1e5e943763e93cc3d 40605
ipvsadm_1.26.orig.tar.gz

The one provided in the ipvsadm 1:1-26-2 source package:
Checksums-Sha1:  fd23f6d81d4ac2a353db1fed694eaa5f2ff3ac6b 41700
ipvsadm_1.26.orig.tar.gz

So I'm actually unable to build a i386 package without that proper original tar.
Could you provide either that or a final i386 package?

This is currently blocking gcc-defaults from migrating to testing (and
by extension a lot of other packages that is currently waiting for

This is localepurge from git (but I suppose the one in experimental

With me (64bit kernel, 32bit system) it crashes:
open("3G.mkv", O_RDONLY) = -1 EOVERFLOW (Value too large for defined data type)

However, since it's apparently going to be removed anyway, you can emulate
the output of avinfo with mediainfo more or less:

# cat AVinfo.csv
General;%CompleteName%, %FileSize/String%\nTitle: %Title% %DATE_RELEASED%\n
Video;video: %Width% x %Height% (%AspectRatio%) %Duration/String3%
%FrameRate%fps %Format% %BitRate/String%\n
Audio;audio: %Language% %SamplingRate/String% %Duration/String3%
%Channel(s)/String% %BitRate/String%  %Format%\n
Text;subs : %Language% %Format%\n
File_Begin;
File_End;
Page_Begin;
Page_Middle;
Page_End;
General_Begin;
General_End;
Video_Begin;
Video_Middle;
Video_End;
Audio_Begin;
Audio_Middle
Audio_End
Text_Begin
Text_Middle
Text_End

# mediainfo --inform=file:///path/to/AVinfo.csv file.mkv

The output will look like this:

/home/video/Movies/Pirates/LongJohnSilver.mkv, 693 MiB
Title: Long John Silver 1954
video: 448 x 352 (1.273) 01:42:50.003 23.976fps MPEG-4 Visual 787 Kbps
audio: en 48.0 KHz 01:42:50.094 2 channels 136 Kbps MPEG Audio
subs : de UTF-8

Bug#665763: video.sh defaults

2013-09-20 Thread Peter Keel
The new /usr/lib/mc/ext.d/video.sh uses mplayer for displaying movie
information (view). What mplayer outputs is rather unsorted and confusing.

I would suggest to use something like mediainfo. However, that one has
the problem that it also gives out way too much information when used
without --inform. I did some avinfo-lookalike csv-file for mediainfo,
if this is of any use for you, see
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=695431#10
(at least it will give you some idea what's possible).

Cheers

Yeah, that's clearly it. I can even get that to trigger the same assertion
failure with debugperl:

% debugperl -Mthreads -e 'for (1..2) { threads->create(sub { glob("*")
})->join();}'
debugperl: hv.c:356: Perl_hv_common: Assertion `((svtype)((hv)->sv_flags &

zsh: abort (core dumped) debugperl -Mthreads -e

Well, the whole “updating to new upstream release” is problematic for
stable security updates, unfortunately we don't have much choice here.

I just have the feeling it's not really sustainable, honestly. What
happens when they ditch the new 2012 theme for a 2013? Should we keep it
too?

We know this is suboptimal, and we try to warn people in the DSA mail
that they *need* to check the update, and maybe we should add it to the
NEWS.Debian as well every time, but I have the fear it'll be missed too.

Regards,

That fixes the bug for that particular Packages.gz file indeed, thanks!

Hmm, I think I'd make it possible to export all stanzas from that part
of apt (probably through the API, not necessarily from the command line);
then I'd compare what was read to what a different rfc822 parser would
have read. Throwing a few Packages.gz into the mix should ensure such
regression would be caught earl{y,ier}.

Bug#723847: postgresql-9.3: server - pg_upgradecluster - initdb: --data-checksums ?

2013-09-20 Thread Karsten Hilbert
Package: postgresql-9.3
Version: 9.3~rc1-2
Severity: wishlist

I wonder whether --data-checksums / -k can be made the default for
creating new clusters starting with PG 9.3.

If not it'd still be good to capture the rationale for that decision.

I am aware of

/etc/postgresql-common/createcluster.conf -> initdb_options

and that has worked nicely for me.

Bug#720858: gramps 4.0.1 not 3.*

2013-09-20 Thread Ross Gammon
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-
Hash: SHA1

Gramps 4.0 has mainly been about preparing Gramps for the future by
enabling a switch to Python 3 from Python 2 and a few other things.
The last time I looked, it was not possible to package the "complete"
Gramps 4.0 version without building a few of the dependencies from
source code.

There are no real significant new features from a user's perspective.

However, this will change in the next releases, so I will check if the
other packages that Gramps 4.0 depends on have managed to land in the
Debian repositories and give it a go. Both the 3.4 and 4.0 Gramps
latest packages would need a sponsor in any case, as James (the
current maintainer) does not appear to be active at the moment.

Regards,

Ross

Bug#706904: Chinese Checkers RFS review

2013-09-20 Thread Paul Tagliamonte
On Fri, Sep 20, 2013 at 08:00:23AM -0400, Dave Steele wrote:
> Do you have a source for that?  I was told otherwise before.

This is what defines a Debian native package.

Here's why it's stupid for non-native packages:

 Upstream: 1.0
 Debian package number: 1.0

Now, when yo update it, you'll have to do something like 1.0+1 for each
upload after. Which sucks. This also means everything will think this
string is the *UPSTREAM* version number, which is really a disaster.

In addition, we use pristine (and hash-identical) tarballs with upstream
releases. You can't do this with 3.0 (native), without being upstream.

I'm all for allowing native packages, but newbies shouldn't be using
them to package software with an upstream.

Cheers,
  Paul

Bug#723849: libio-async-perl: New upstream version available fixes error hiding bug

2013-09-20 Thread Niels Thykier
Package: libio-async-perl
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

I noticed there is a new version (0.59) of libio-async-perl available.
Among other things it fixes RT#87051[1], which causes errors to become
silent returns rather than the "exceptions" (i.e. calls to die) they
should have been.

It's fixed upstream now if you want to do a local build. I'm not uploading
fixed .debs just yet – I think that it's about time for another upstream
release, and it's better to pull this fix in with that.

2013-09-20 Thread Vincent Bernat

Severity: grave

Hi!

When compiling lttng-modules with dkms, I get the following error:

I suppose this is because we have that in lttng-modules-dkms.dkms:

PACKAGE_VERSION="2.3.0~rc1"

If I fix that, I am able to compile the modules but I am unable to
load them over a vanilla 3.10-3 linux kernel package. "modprobe

As I said, the proper long term solution I'll use is to package themes
in separate binary packages so that they do not get dropped on upgrade.

Unfortunately it might mean going through NEW for security updates which
has probably never been tried before...

Last time this happened I took care to do what I suggest above (+ add a
NEWS entry) to avoid breaking without advance notice but here I
missed it.

Bug#723854: evil prohibition downgraded to no-no-evil suggstion

2013-09-20 Thread Barak A. Pearlmutter
Package: lintian
Version: 2.5.17

The lintian tag license-problem-json-evil, added per BTS 692616, should
have its description modified ... because those files have been
relicensed under free terms! So now, people should be told to get new
version of the cson files, without the problematic prohibition on evil.

See http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2013/09/msg00051.html for
details and (presumably) discussion, but the important information from
upstream is included below.

If someone who has edit rights would care to edit the immutable page
https://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/jsonevil appropriately, that would
be great. It might also be a good idea for someone to scan back for
bugs tagged json-evil-license, open or closed or archived, and alert the
relevant maintainers of this change.

Message-ID:
Subject: Fwd: JSON_parser() license question
From: Stephan Beal
To: Barak Pearlmutter , B Harder ,
Richard Hipp

Hello, fellow developers,

i am happy to announce that the author of cson's underlying JSON parser has
given me permission to strip the "do no evil" clause for the copy used with
Fossil. That will happen immediately, simplifying Fossil's integration into
Debian :).

Hi Stephan,

long time no hear ;)

You have my permission to strip out the "use for good, not evil' part for
you use in Fossil SCM.

Keep up the good work!

Cheers,
Jean

Bug#722898: UI wording

2013-09-20 Thread Thiemo Nagel
I think that level of detail is just right for the installer, we don't
want to scare people off by getting too technical. The Installation
Guide would be the right place for a more detailed explanation, I'd
say.

Cheers,
Thiemo

Uh

json != cson.

Stephan Beal  != Douglas Crockford

Is this CSON code based on Crockford's code? If so, he *can't* dismiss
these terms.

Again, json != cson.

Bug#681741: libreoffice: LibreOffice user installation could not be processed etc.

2013-09-20 Thread Peter Wallerius
Package: libreoffice
Version: 1:3.5.4+dfsg2-0+deb7u2
Followup-For: Bug #681741

I had this same problem today after upgrading from sqeeze to wheezy.
Situation was like that:

System was set up from scratch with sqeeze some time ago by installing base
system, then installing LXDE, open office ect. with apt-get...

Yesterday I upgraded to wheezy in console mode (with Ctrl-Alt-F1) by running
sudo apt-get upgrade and dist-upgrade. after I could not start libreoffice:

peter@DownByLaw:~$ libreoffice
I/O error : Permission denied
I/O error : Permission denied
[Java framework] Error in function NodeJava::writeSettings (elements.cxx).
javaldx failed!
Warning: failed to read path from javaldx
terminate called after throwing an instance of
'com::sun::star::uno::RuntimeException'

I could fix the problem by chown -R the config/libreoffice directory from root
to user.

It looks to me the problem is related to the LXDE enviromen, otherwise more
people should have this problem. I tried to google the problem in the first
step and could't find anything.
