Bonjour, J'essai d'installer Debian (potato) sur mon powermac oldworld 4400/160Mhz 32MB ram. J'ai mis sur mon mac une carte ethernet PCI 10BaseT realtek (8029AS), il n'existe pas de drivers sur macos pour cette carte, j'installe debian en espérant qu'il la reconnaitra. Mon seul problème c'est que j'ai des difficultées à lancer l'installation, g juste téléchargé le cd1 je pense qu'il me suffiera. Donc j'utilise BootX, je choisit un kernel et là.. là ou je ne suis pas sûr si c'est bon, je choisit un disque "ram", j'ai cherché dans la doc, il n'y a rien à propos de ca (doc 2.2), en cherchant moi meme j'ai pensé utiliser le fichier boot.bin, ca marche au debut, j'arrive dans l'installation, je met continue mais à chaque fois le disclamer revient je suis blocqué comme ca, l'install ne veut pas avancer. elilo & initrd
I have Debian 3.0 installed on IA64 system. I am experimenting with initrd and trying to configure elilo to use initrd for booting. So far, I am not not successfull. elilo prints a message "initrd.c (56) Open file initrd file not found" I have tried various combinations. Still cannot get elilo to find initrd.img What is the syntax and other considerations to configure initrd loading. I have used initrd with lilo many times and also on this system, I used mkinitrd to create initrd.img Usman __ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
