Seems its always a difficult task but simply starting with some
proposal and adjust what does not fit will probably work as
always.  Thanks a lot Antonio for all your efforts (can't be
said frequently enough).

That's important to know - so maybe this day starting at 03:00 won't be
viable at all, and the days that start at 12:00 will just work for you.

My idea was to schedule it ASAP, and let speakers get in touch if
their scheduled time does not work.
