[Debconf-team] setup hours this Saturday?

2010-07-20 Thread Hans-Christoph Steiner

I have in my calendar this Saturday the 24th as the DebCamp setup
day. What are the hours for this? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

My thought was mainly to have them in a schedule somewhere. It didn't
occur to me that penta wouldn't allow the same event to have multiple
instances. I'll put in several training sessions to be scheduled during
DebCamp.

Probably not.

Probably not. It was just an idea in case there weren't enough talks to
fill in DebianDay, which doesn't seem to be an issue.

Not at all, thanks for asking and I'm sorry for submitting a confusing
event. :-/

Thanks. please mark them with the "DebCamp" track so that they're
easier to find.

If a meeting happened, are there notes/minutes/meetbot logs?

I've gone ahead with the consistent schedule. Thursday now starts at
9:30 like all the other days, and the group photo is from 11:30 to 12:30
on Thursday, with nothing scheduled opposite it.

i've marked it as being in Davis Auditorium just so that it shows up on
the web-based schedule, but that doesn't mean that's where we'll take
the photo.

I've tried to think how this could be implemented without endangering
coverage of the next scheduled & to-be-videoed event. I've not come up
with anything good so far.

I don't think there should be a lot we'll need to do this Saturday,
but I'll let people know what the plans are. In general, I think we
should be able to do what we need to do Sunday morning.

I got the following message about penta from a friend. Could someone
with write access to the web site please look at fixing them?

(note that this user does not have the SPI root CA in their certificate
