Map, tethering and print should be there if you have osm-gps-map installed
(for maps), gphoto2-dev (for gphoto building) and cups (for print).
make sure you have a clean build directory and all necessary dependencies.
In case something is missing, the configuration step of build should show
messages of what's missing. If you're still having problems, visit the irc
channel and have your build log in pastebin somewhere so devs can assist
you.
