Re: Stus-List Marine grills
Mike, I may have an early model, mine is about 3 years old and so far so good but again I probably used it less than a dozen times so far. I am not sure of any relationship but the Kuuma is sort of like the Force 10 except with rectangular shape as opposed to the log style...it is small and it was a very good price at $100 Cdn from Shining Waters and that's why I chose it. I lost my Force 10 overboard because 3 spot welds on the mounting system failed. I agree that Dickeson is superior but it should be, at the time I purchased the Kuuma a similar sized Dickenson was about 3 times the price. Stus-List Soliciting help with 33-2 Engine 2GM20F control layout and cooling water through hull location.
Getting ready to launch and am missing a bit of info. Is the cooling water through hull located in the cockpit locker? If not where is it? How do you start and stop the engine? In my previous boats there was a starter button separate from key switch to engage the starter motor and a cable pull that choked out the engine to stop it. In my reading it seems to indicate that the starter motor is engaged via the key switch and is stopped via the stop button adjacent to the key switch. Thanks in advance Cheers,Doug ___ This list is supported by the generous donations of our members. If you like what we do, please help us pay for our costs by donating. Re: Stus-List Soliciting help with 33-2 Engine 2GM20F control layout and cooling water through hull location.
Hi Doug, I have same boat and same engine. Cooling water intake through-hull valve access is via starboard cockpit locker. I have a start button and a stop cable. If you can't find things, just trace back from the engine.
