You can get it in older tar ball package from clamav sources (clamav.net)

What's the virus name which found by McAfee ? Also, try to submit that file
to developer, maybe they miss it.

Check the user and group of milter and clamav, make sure they have same
uid/user and this user can run clamav daemon and also can write/overwrite
clam milter socket.
