Can you retest? I unchecked the password change so Continuum shouldn't ask
again now.

Thanks, but it didn't help. My password didn't work (it was right) and I was
forced to reset it. Alas, the same loop happens again: change password, sign
in, change password, sign in, etc. Shouldn't this indicate some sort of
problem with Continuum or its configuration?

Can you send me in a private mail your password so I'll can test it?

[hudson] Frequent down/up notifications

2009-09-23 Thread Jukka Zitting
Hi,

As a recent new Hudson admin (thanks!) I'm getting notifications about
the availability of the Hudson server.

Typically I get a DOWN notification that's shortly after followed by
an UP notification. These come in quite often. Is someone/something
actively rebooting Hudson or is there something else wrong with Hudson
or the monitoring system?

BR,

Jukka Zitting

I believe it gets so loaded by builds running ON the machine that the
monitoring daemon can't respond. This is why we need to get builds
off of hudson.zones and onto it's slave machines.

I'm not entirely sure it's due to builds alone but I'm pretty sure
it's load related.

Re: Continuum VMBuild: Cannot sign in

2009-09-23 Thread Brett Porter
Did this get sorted out? The database indicates that the account was
locked and has 3 failed password attempts. The recent upgrade still
seems to have the settings in place to make sure that those don't
trigger the account being locked though.

After Emmanuel's attempt, which was successful, I tried logging in again but
without success. What's new is a 500 error upon immediate sign in. So I
haven't been able to log in just yet.

* I am using Firefox 3.5.3
* Cleared all my cached
* I went to http://vmbuild1.apache.org/continuum/
* I sign in
* I am redirected to
http://vmbuild1.apache.org/continuum/httpError.action?errorCode=500
 Internal Error The URL requested results in an internal error.

We had the memory set too low. Please try again at http://vmbuild.apache.org/continuum/
 (the vmbuild1 reference is very old).
