[AFMUG] BDC service

Re: [AFMUG] BDC service
cheat has a special section for this . Look at the bottom left. You have to build your speed tier to signal strength mappings so they can export polygons for your speed tiers. It's a bit different from just the regular runs. If you have cheat polygons, we can prep your stuff pretty quickly as we don't have to do all the analysis. It's basically your contact info, what services you are filing for and then your polygon and fabric uploads. So if it's such a big deal they need to fine people I'll just submit what it will accept and ignore what it won't. Seems like a great way to keep having inaccurate data though unless they only really care about residential, in which which case 100% of my filing is irrelevant. ~Seth -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com
Re: [AFMUG] BDC service
The primary goal is to determine consumer level broadband access. So yeah, they flag the commercial addresses and reject. It's a pretty easy search to eliminate them. Just ignore anything with bsl_flag set to false. Like obviously commercial: tilt up concrete buildings, warehouse/distribution, office buildings in commercially zoned properties. All multi-tenant except one. Nothing that could remotely be confused with residential. Yet some are flagged true and some are false with apparently no logic behind it. -- AF mailing list AF@af.afmug.com http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com

I wonder if it is like filing a tax return. You can file a blank return with just a signature and you will not get fined for not filing or late filing. -Original Message- From: Seth Mattinen Sent: Thursday, August 25, 2022 7:25 PM To: af@af.afmug.com Subject: Re: [AFMUG] BDC service On 8/25/22 12:15 PM, Josh Luthman wrote: Not filing is a bad decision.
