Application for Basic Feature Pending Too Long

Ads API access on April 22, but I have not received any response yet. My 
Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID is 872-022-5903.

The request is for a very basic feature to upload offline conversions. I 
would greatly appreciate it if you could review and process my application 
at your earliest convenience.

I get it that we cannot get those campaigns from campaign report, but also 
wanted to know if we there is any way we can identify and exclude that data 
from Customer report and campaign budget report?

Getting zero metric data.

Hi Team,

I would like to pull records having zero metrics, say, if I have created a 
new hotel callout asset and till the asset is live, I won't be having any 
metrics, correct?. But I would still like to get its data such name, id etc 
through API.
Currently wen I'm not getting those data. Is there any way to get those 
records?
