Product launch delayed because we're waiting on developer token application

Hi,

I've submitted the application over 9 days ago. It's the only thing holding 
back our launch since we can't distribute it to users with the test 
accounts.

Another issue, does anyone know how you can create test campaigns / ads in 
the test accounts? I'm trying to develop a UI that reports on ad metrics 
but can't create the test ads.

Appreciate any help!
