Upgrade of Google ads API To Standard Access

Dear Google API team.
I have requested "*Standard Access*" permissions multiple since two months 
ago. but have not received any response from the compliance team.and I have 
never received the Case ID.My access level is still Basic Account.

- My MCC : 961-060-6970
- Details : Upgrade API access level (Basic access --> standard access)

To upgrade standard access is very important to complete our project.
I wonder what the problem is.Can anyone tell me how to get approved?
Please could you check it out?

I have submitted the form to apply for a basic access level developer token 
a couple of weeks ago. In the meantime, I have submitted the form another 
time because I didn't receive any response or notification.

Can you help me out here? It is really important for us that we can use the 
API.

Upgrade Google ads developer token

Hi, 

A couple of weeks ago I have tried to submit the form 
 to 
upgrade the access level of my API token. Since then, I have heard nothing 
back, so I resubmitted the form last week. Still, no response, notification 
or whatsoever. 

Can you please help me out here, as it is crucial for us to get this 
developer token in order to be able to analyze our Google Ads performance.

You might need the account id, which is 417-980-5796.

Please let me know what I can do assist.

I believe the problem on your servers started 15 March 11am NewYork time. 
It's possible that your servers have recovered and it's working better now. 
Your recovery occurred circa 18 Mar 1500 NY time.

I'd still like to know how to stream to your servers via protobuf java sdk. 
I know how to stream from your servers as I said.

I don't have permission to access test account information

 error:  rpc error: code = PermissionDenied desc = The caller does not have 
permission

When I use the CustomerService.ListAccessibleCustomers method with my 
production manager account to list all accounts that I have direct access 
to, everything works fine until I try to access the detailed information of 
those accounts, just before accessing the test manager account. However, an 
error occurs when accessing the test manager account.

Stop Google Ads API changes

Hi!

I took over a Google Ads Account for a client.
However there is still some automations in the account being made every day 
by Google Ads API.

The email that is linked to the changes is change history is the owner of 
the account, but he knows nothing about it. 

How do i stop the API from making daily changes?
