Issues with operations on exclusion list

Hello,

I post this message because we have seen a discrepancy for create and 
remove operations with the Google Ads API (V13).

We use the API in order to add or remove a keyword from an exclusion list 
every 10mn but since Monday 21 Aug 2023, I can see that the exclusion list 
is not updated correctly. 

For instance :

   - when I add a keyword "abc" at 10AM and check the exclusion list at 
   10:10AM, "abc" is not present in the list. 
   - Same when I remove the keyword "def" at 10AM and check the exclusion 
   list at 10:10AM, "def" is still present in the list...

In both cases, I have a success message for the creation and removal 
operations.

I did not have any problems like that before last Monday. 

Is it a known issue ?

Average Session Duration (GA4) metric Missing in Google Ads API

We see the metric "Average Session Duration (GA4)" in Google Ads Manager 
but the metric is not available in Google Ads API.

Any Information on when the metric will be made available on the API will 
be helpful.

Re: 'change details' sample code erroring over 42% of the time

Since I received the code directly from Google, and it is the recommended 
sample code that Google suggests instead of going to the API directly, it 
does not capture the request, response, nor request header. It does have 
the ability to capture a request ID within the GoogleAdsException 
properties. 
Can you possibly provide a modification of your sample code that traps 
these things, in order to help troubleshoot your sample code?

Here is a little Ads Script that demonstrates the error. It grabs a 
campaign id, uses that to grab an insight id and finally uses both for a 
simple query that fails (I've used Ads Scripts since it seems the easiest 
way to demonstrate what happens with pure API as well.)

Hi 

I also cannot find that campaign listed on the Ads UI. However, my question 
is why does that ID exist in the response when I retrieve the campaign 
criteria structure? (You can check the file "response1.json".)
As far as I understand, even if the campaign was deleted or removed, its ID 
and structure can still be obtained through the API.

Provide standard access of Google Ads Api

I've applied for standard access on 11th of August but the team has not 
responded yet. I've also requested the compliance team  support page but 
it's giving only the confirmation message. I've not received any case id 
during the process.
