For the first question, the primary report type that can be used for retrieving 
conversion action data is the conversion_action report. However, so that I can 
verify it on our end and to provide an exact suggestion, then please provide 
the screenshot of the whole UI where we can see this conversion action. You can 
provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not 
available, then send it instead on this email address 
googleadsapi-supp...@google.com.
For the 2nd question, before answering it, could you confirm if this is what 
you want to do in the Google Ads API?

AssetGroupAsset "The error code is not in this version"

Hello,

While requesting API for manage PerformanceMax Asset, I still found this 
error response "*The error code is not in this version*" even if I updated 
libraries to latest v16.0.0 already.

   - google/apiclientv2.12.6   Client library for

   Google APIs
   - google/grpc-gcp v0.2.0gRPC GCP library for 
   channel management

unable to pull any data when you are trying to execute a search_term_view 
report. Could you please provide us the complete request and response logs with 
request ID and request header generated on your end? You can provide it via

enabled the logging yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client 
libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you

Get Product Click Stats for Performance Max Campaigns?

We currently rely on the BigQuery transfer service to automations/insights 
from our MCA product click stats. However this doesn't include stats for 
performance max campaigns.

Thank you for sending over the screenshot of the UI view.

The Promotions that are included in the said screenshot does not appear to be 
similar to the promotion asset that you are querying using the asset resource. 
That being said, these appear to be more related to promotional codes that are 
given out to accounts.

We currently do not have information as to when this would be supported in the 
API. However, our team should be able to create a feature request, subject for 
review, for its support. So our team can raise this feature request, could you 
also share your complete use case that we can include when raising the said 
request?

Thanks Peter for your reply. Yes, our use case is to query all statuses 
promotional codes applied to the accounts and its related details (same 
previous attached screenshot table data). For example, the active status 
promotional code linked to an account (account number and manager account 
number), code's date redeemed, and expiration date. Currently, we cannot 
export this data from the UI so that we can work with it along with all 
account's performance data. 

I was searching with promotion in the Ads API doc filter and found it in 
under promotion asset. But yes, that's what I am not looking for. Our use 
case to query and get the promotional codes data preferable through API if 
not at least we can can export it from UI for now. Please let me know if 
you need any further information.

there is a very large amount of data we have to deal with.

Over 15000 active ads account
Over 2B active products in the MCA's

related to the AdWords API /Google Ads API and since you mentioned performance

will help you to retrieve statistics of your Performance Max campaigns.

Moving forward, "BigQuery data transfer service" is already outside of our 
scope. With this, I suggest you reach out to the BigQuery team through the 
support channels available here , as they are more knowledgeable in order to 
provide further comment on your concern.

This is one of those feature requests that takes a lot of planning to put into

Thank you for your reply.

Performance max campaigns statistics is currently limited as discussed in the 
key point section of the guide. For granularity, you may for now be able to 
retrieve details of your performance max listing groups via the 
asset_group_listing_group_filter report. However, statistics or metrics fields 
support at this level is currently not available.

If a Google Ads UI view currently has reports that support performance max 
related metrics fields at a lower level, including product details, you may 
provide those to our team so we can include those when we create a feature 
request, subject for review, for its support in the Google Ads API.
