AdWords API v200909 How to skip the paging using the TargetingIdeaService get with the PHP library?
Hi AdWords Team, I want to get all available TargetingIdeas for a specific keyword. As I found in the post [http://groups.google.de/group/adwords-api/ browse_thread/thread/6b27314e9be86f80/90c956caa1e54273? lnk=gst&q=TargetingIdeaService+paging+value+null#90c956caa1e54273] there is a possibility to skip the -Tag. However, I don't find the proper function how to do this using the v2009 PHP library. I don't want to use the maximum value (800) because the results have duplicates. Could you please give me a hint? At this point, I don't need soap responses from AdWords. I need a sample soap request to AdWords. For AdGroupCriterionService.get(AdGroupCriterionSelector).
