Not an Apple guy, so I can't tell you if AOO 4.1.2 is compatible with your op sys. If you download ONLY from www.openoffice.org and no where else you will be "safe" in the sense that you will not get any "add ons"or assorted malware. That site should list compatiIble Apple OS versions, if the se
