Title:
systemd-timesyncd doesn't sync time after resume from hi
Confirmed on Ubuntu 20.04 - kernel 5.4.0-135
The behaviour exits for about the last 5 kernel updates - but also a weak bios
battery (wrong hw clock after resume) can be the reason for the problem.
Suggested solution: Forcing a time sync after resuming from hibernation.

Maybe.
What I can say for now:
My system version is currently Ubuntu 22.04, kernel 5.15.0-134 and I can no
longer repeat this behaviour.
Further I have noticed that there might be this new entry in the syslog
immediately after kernel hibernation exit:
... systemd-resolved[]: Clock change detect
