So I just rebooted 4 times with the -40 kernel, and everything seems to
be going well. I'm going to chalk this one up to hardware misbehaving.
At least until someone else hits this as well.
Keep in mind the hub, does not work in usb 3.0 mode. That is not what
this bug is about.

Since the upgrade to Ubuntu's 16.04.1 Linux kernel 4.4.0-40.60, it is
impossible to boot my machine with full root encryption.
It will keep loading the purple Ubuntu "dots" loading screen for ages and stay

I'd like to perform a kernel bisect to figure out which commit caused
this regression. We need to identify the earliest kernel that did not
exhibit the bug and the first kernel that did exhibit the bug.

After some verification, I found out that cking uploaded a patch on Sept
26 on Xenial for another zfs-linux bug[1] using version
"0.6.5.6-0ubuntu13", which interfere with my debdiff.
"pull-lp-source" and "rmadison" didn't shown the existence of
"0.6.5.6-0ubuntu13".
I found it by looking

4.4.0-40.60 fails to boot

I removed the Xenial debdiff attached to this bug and I will re-do it
when current zfs-linux SRU for Xenial by cking will be completed.
Until then, the Yakkety debdiff is still fine and can be sponsored.
