Dear Maintainer,
When installed on up-to-date stable Debian 9.1 system using systemd,
the zfs-fuse package causes an ordering cycle at boot time:

Package: libgegl-dev
The stretch and buster-packages for libgegl do not supply the VAPI file
generated by the sources.
I suggest including the VAPI-file into the package
I use both stretch and buster on amd64.
