lopers had the idea to provide a MSI installer or merge
module for a while now, but nothing has surfaced yet - however given
that there's about 1.5 people maintaining the Windows GTK+ port
currently, this is understandable (there have been quite a few
regressions since GTK+ 2.18 has be

Well, for open-source projects, Certum has been offering free
certificates for years. They won't work for drivers either, but
they're good enough that Internet Explorer won't display a red shield
when you try to run the file you just down
