current version (nor in 4.1.0 or 4.0.0).
Is this just a mistake, or was there some prior version of SDCC that had

If it either never existed, or is from some ancient version, I will be
removing that option.
I suggest to remove it. If it ever existed, it would have existed only
very briefly, in snapshots only, never in a release.
