Philipp, you are definitely right: the numbers are not accurate, but 
they already include source tarballs. Now if we add all svn read 
transactions as reported on page

with assumption that they are all for non Win platforms, we are still on 
73,66%.

The formula is:
Win_tarball_downloads / (All_tarball_downloads + svn_read_transactions) 
* 100 = 425 / (524 + 53) * 100 = 73,66%
