In addition to the 8051 cores at opencores there is also
a LGPL licensed one at: http://www.oregano.at/ger/index.html

There also are quite a few commercial cores available
(f.e. via Altera
http://www.altera.com/products/ip/processors/8_4bit/ipm-index.jsp )
