Thank you for the patch, but the proposed changes are uncommon for
the pic16 target of SDCC: Only the pic14 target offers #defines for all
SFR bits in the way you proposed.
Since you can add the defines in your project headers without problems,
I will not integrate this into the official sources, sorry.

However, thanks for the effort, and have fun with SDCC.
