Follow-up Comment #2, bug #51099 (project screen):
This appears to happen because screen does not create a window until AFTER the
rc file has been processed. This is an issue because the user has no way of
knowing that all the commands have been ignored.
Screen needs to warn users that commands are being thrown out when there are
no windows to act on.
