Building bails out as follows:

This distribution is screen-4.2.1, but
the Makefile is from 4.2.0. Please update!

make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/abe/screen/screen'
Seems as if patchlevel.h was updated for 4.2.1, but Makefile (which
seems generated) still contains 4.2.0 and something checks for that.
