Details:
When screen is detached and a bell occurs in a non-active window, the bell is
ignored. After reattaching the bell flag (!) should be set in the window list,
but it doesn't appear.
Activities on the other hand are handled correctly. Even when detached, screen
monitors the windows correctly and shows the activity flag (@) in the window
list.
I would assume the same bahavior with bells.
