Hello,
I've checked for screen-git regression vs. old PA-RISC HP-UX 11.11 system and
setenv autoconfiguration became broken: this HP-UX doesn't have a setenv, but
./configure sets USESETENV and HAVE_SETENV_3
The bug was most probably introduced when support for distinguishing 2-arg
and 3-arg versions of setenv was added.
The patch is attached.
