Summary: screen freezes/dies when terminal resized less than 2 lines high Project: GNU Screen Submitted by: None Submitted on: Tue 02 Mar 2010 09:18:20 AM UTC Category: Crash/Freeze/Infloop Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: None Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: None Fixed Release: None Planned Release: None Work Required: None _______________________________________________________ Details: As of "Screen version 4.00.03jw4 (FAU) 2-May-06" (Debian), screen freezes when the rxvt is resized to less than 2 lines height. (Resizing to such small sizes can accidentally happen with tiling window managers, e.g., xmonad) Config includes "hardstatus alwayslastline". Closing the window and trying to reattach with "screen -r" results in a message about dead sessions being printed -- one has to wipe the resized session. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?29037> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/
